There is a wild-beating heart beneath this chest She temps my dreams, calling me to her side A lovely vixen robbing me of sleep, of rest My thoughts, a hurricane been untied Time nags me to ask the question But what if its a harsh "no" What if it is rewarded with aggression? Or will she set my heart aglow? Will she say "yes" and erase my plight Perhaps give rest to this throbbing drum?
